EMS Pub Technologies provides a modular editorial management infrastructure based on the OJS 3.5 framework. Integration into this system implies acceptance of these technical and operational standards.
02. Infrastructure Usage
Utilization of our hosting environment must align with ethical scholarly publishing practices. Any attempt to compromise system integrity or performance will result in immediate termination of the instance.
03. Tier Limitations
Submission limits and throughput capacities are strictly defined by the selected Investment Tier. Exceeding these thresholds requires a transition to a higher capacity module.
04. Service Level
We guarantee a 99.9% uptime for the global hosting layer. Maintenance cycles are executed with precision to minimize impact on editorial workflows.
05. Liability
EMS Pub Technologies provides the infrastructure "as-is". While we implement enterprise-grade security, users are responsible for the editorial integrity of their publications.
06. Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us for refund of your purchase. We will refund completely during the first 14 days of your payment.
